Preheat oven to 180ºC.
Cut sweet potatoes into wedges, drizzle with olive oil and sprinkle with cumin seeds and sea salt. Bake for half an hour.
Place the mince, breadcrumbs, garlic, ground cumin and seasoning in a bowl and mix together until combined. Shape into 4 patties.
Heat a large frying pan, add a little oil and cook patties on both sides until desired.
