Prepare the noodles according to the packet instructions.
Heat the oil in a large pan until very hot and rapidly stir-fry the steak for about five minutes until brown on the outside and still pink on the inside.
Remove from the pan and leave to rest for 10 minutes before slicing as thinly as possible.
