Prepare an indirect fire.
Braai the slices of boerewors in a pan until they are cooked. Whole boerewors can also be cooked and then chopped.
Slice the ciabatta open and spread some of the tomato and onion on one of the halves.
Scatter the grated mozzarella on the tomato covered ciabattas.
Sprinkle some oregano and pepper on top of the cheese.
Place about 4-6 pieces of wors on top of the cheese and place in the grill cover the lid and grill until the cheese has melted and is bubbling.
Serve with fresh rocket.
