This recipe for Steak Schwarmas can be cooked on a gas braai, skottel, webber or gas stove
Cook the minute steaks on your choice cooking equipment.
Once all steaks are cooked, cut into cubes or slices. Leave in a bowl.
Heat pita pockets quickly over the heat for 1 – 2 minutes.
In another bowl, mix the lettuce, cucmber, onion, tomatoes and jalapenos all together.
Once pita pockets are heated up, slice in half.
Open halved pitas and stuff in the salad mixture.
Scoop in a teaspoon of mayonnaise.
Top the rest of the schwarma with the cubed steak.
